Basil Toyota Receives Toyota's President Award for 2nd Year!

BASIL TOYOTA EARNS PRESTIGIOUS PRESIDENT’S AWARD

Lockport – Basil Toyota, located at 6179 South Transit Road, has won Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc.’s prestigious President’s Award for outstanding sales and service. This is the second time the dealership (founded in 2002) has won this coveted award.

Paul Stasiak, President of the Niagara Frontier Automobile Dealers Association (NFADA), is scheduled to attend an award presentation at Basil Toyota on Tuesday, September 21^st at 11:00 am. The Town of Lockport Supervisor, Mark Smith, plans on attending as well as Dave Kenyon from the Lockport Industrial Development Agency.

The President’s Award pays homage to less than 10% of Toyota dealerships throughout the U.S. that achieve high standards of performance in all facets of the automotive dealer profession, including vehicle and parts sales, service and customer satisfaction. Basil Toyota has held the highest Customer Service Satisfaction Index in the greater Buffalo area since 2008.

TMS has recognized dealers with the President’s Award annually since 1986. Basil Toyota is the only dealership in Buffalo to win the President’s Award this year.
